Question About Stings?
2 AnswersHobbies & Crafts6 years agoStarting a Wiki could use some help.?
Hey, I'm starting a Wiki regarding the Order of Insects known as Hymenoptera. It involves, wasps, bees, sawflies, ants, etc.
1 AnswerZoology6 years agoDid every species in the order of Hymenoptera evolve from wasps.?
I am conducting some research regarding Wasps. I have came across a questions, did everything in the order Hymenoptera come from Wasps. More specifically, does everything in the Apocrita originate from wasps. If not, please explain what species in Apocrita did not originate from wasps.
Did Apocrita originate from species of sawflies, or species in Symphyta, or did species in Symphyta originate from wasps too(I believe some in Symphyta are wasps).
Zoology6 years agoHow did people view bees before their sudden decline? Include sources?
The Honeybee and Bees as of recent have become one of the most well-known species that are becoming extinct. Yes, I know, but I'm doing an article regarding Wasps and Bees. I'd like to know if people viewed the bees before their sudden decline. When they were overly abundant, or at least not super-priority if they were viewed as less important, like the same way we view Wasps now. Did we view bees like that before.
I'd like some reliable sources(Not Wikipedia) Where I can learn about that.

1 AnswerPolls & Surveys6 years agoA phobia that could use some help?
Now listen, I am typically not afraid of things, I am mostly fearless but there's two things that I am irrationally afraid of. One of them is sort of minor, it typically won't ruin my day until I notice one, but I could still use some help. The other one is very major, that I could really use some help on.
The first one, is stiches and large cuts, but mostly stiches. I don't know why, but when I look at stiches or sutres or large gashes I have the uncontrollable urge and undesirable urge to just lunge at someone and rip them out. I don't know why, but sometimes I cringe at the thought of them and eve almost ripped my sutres after surgery out because it looked like mealworms.
When I go to bed, I think about the stiches on people I've seen, and start touching the location on my body where it was on the other person. It has gotten worse now, when I see things that share a small resemblance to stiches, I flip out. Whether it's eyebrows, eyelashes, black candy, rollercoasters, zipties...The list goes on and on.
I don't know why, but it gets me everytime. As soon as I see them or notice them on someone it's the only thing my attentions on for the time that person is in my sight. It drives me crazy and I could really use some help with it.
