Did not commit crime but tell someone else to do it...what is that called?
Sorry for the vague title.
There is a piece of law that makes you as guilty as a person committing a crime if you were responsible for them doing it, or even a party to it.
For instance this is how they get Mafia bosses. The boss may not pull the trigger but sent his trigger men. Or a CEO of a corporation who tells his accountants to evade taxes. And so on.
I am looking for the specific name and legal principle that attaches crimes others commit on your say so to you. If you want to provide some explanation that would be great too!
