i have a new laptop of HP. The problem is that, laptop is not connecting to internet, means, laptop shows that it is connected to broadband but when i open my Internet explorer, it says that you are not connected to internet. And also my Norton Internet Security is also crashed(maybe). and when i allow norton to connect to internet, it doesn,t connect. When i open Realplayer, it gets connected!!!!
