I was told by my manager that WD-40 spray product was not a lubricant but a adhesive. is this true?
This did seem odd since I have used it so many times to lubricate objects and in my prior experience it did seem to loosen stuck and rusty objects. Yet he was very insistent that it was an adhesive. Looking at the website I see no claim that it is a lubricant.
15 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoDoes anyone have information on correct landing attitude of a Schleicher AS-K13?
A club I belong to ownes 2 AS-k13'S. We want to find information on the correct landing attitude of the glider. Our flight manual does not give the correct landing attitude (main wheel, tail wheel, tail and main, skid and main.) I have searched the net and can not find any information that was sourced from Schleicher Aircraft Corp. in regards to the correct attitude.
2 AnswersAircraft1 decade agoHow can the definition of a planetary satellite be used to question Jupiter’s position as a planet?
With all the outcry about Pluto no longer being a planet I thought of this odd point I have seen no one else bring up yet. Wondering if anyone else at all has picked up on it. Had Pluto been defined as a planet then its companion Cheron would also have been classified as a planet? How could/would this double planet definition possibly cause an issue with Jupiter being a planet?
(Ok I probably gave to many clues in the additional details)
