I'm just ending sophomore year in high school and I want to get into shape. If you have a 6 or 5 meals a day diet, what times in the day do you eat? And what do you eat? Like protein and vegetables for one meal, fuits and dairy for another and stuff like that? Cause I have no idea.

Also, if you have a certain exercise routine with this diet, it would be awesome if you shared :)

I just got the Almay Pure Blends foundation (in naked if you want to know my skin tone) and it doesnt really have coverage so I was wondering if anyone knew any good concealors for under-eye bags and little pimples? Im white, but my skin tone got a little darker this weekend, so I think Im like a medium tan.

OK, so... I used to have a lot of confidence. But now I'm broke and I can't seem to find a job (I'm 15) and my mom won't pay for almost anything... not even makeup remover. I used to buy clothes and some makeup, but now I'm running out of outfits... I didn't buy a lot of quality stuff so it doesn't last too long... and I don't feel as fabulous as before. I like to wear whatever's in fashion, but now I can't. What can I do that will make me feel more confident? Anything special with my hair or is there an outfit that boosts your confidence? Any fast and easy sewing projects? Let me know, I'm running out of ideas!

I'm 15 and it's the holidays so I started going to bed late. At maybe around 1:00 AM. But now it's like 2:30 AM! I know this is bad and I'm really mad at myself. How do I break this habit? I feel more energized at night for some reason.

I made this really cute Queen of Hearts costume for Halloween, and I almost forgot about the staff and the crown... but the crown is more important. Where can I find one? Or a staff if you know? I want the crown to be small and kind of tilted on my head but anything that looks good is fine. Or if you know any good ideas of how to make it, like better than just using aluminium foil, that would be great as well! Thanks!

When I plug my iPod (2nd generation) into my laptop, it shows in the top right corner that it's charging, but the new songs that I've downloaded and put in iTunes don't load into my iPod. I don't know how to fix it. I've tried turning iTunes, my iPod and my laptop off and back on and trying again but it doesn't work..

I can't seem to find a time-saving program for free on the internet to download songs from my iPod to my new labtop. I have and iPod nano and Windows Vista.

I love eating healthy but sometimes I eat sweets and stuff and I seem to be gaining more weight and I don't know how to cut down. Does anyone have a system that they use to stop eating too much fat? Also I don't have too much time everyday to exercise so any useful systems for that? (I'm 14)

I have a serious sweating problem called hyperhydrosis and I don't know what else to do to stop it. I tried taking 2 showers a day, scrubbing my underarms, drinking sage tea and using Secret Clinical (but I don't want to use that anymore because it could give you cancer or memory loss). I sweat like a hog and after I wipe my underarms they sweat like crazy only about 10 seconds after! Should I get surgery and what side effects does it have? Do you have any other good ideas?

Some of the skin on my forehead is flaky, how do I get rid of that?

Also, I have tiny pinkish bumps on the edges of my face. Could that be acne starting? (I'm 14) How do I stop that?

I'm a teen and I sweat excessively on my underarms.

I'm looking for a good product to stop this and I found a couple. I found Drysol, but I know that it's bad because it can cause cancer and loss of memory, but do Hydrosal Gel and/or CertainDri have the same symptoms? I need to know which is better.

I want to get a cheaper version of the Palm Z22 Handheld. I found one and it says that it's a OEM package. What does that mean?

I'm going to be Cleopatra for Halloween and I want to wear that eyeliner and all. The problem is that I hardly have any experience with make up, and eyeliner is hard for me to put on. I have to run 4 laps around the track for my next gym class and it's a timed run. How can I make sure that I won't have any craps or pain? It's really hard... especially since we've only been practicing with only 2 laps. I want to do it fast, too.

I'm 13 years old and it's kinda hard to find a good costume for my age and body. I'm average, but a little smaller.
