If anyone could help me it would be great. I have been to the doctors for this and they told me it was pilonidal sinus and that the only solution for this is surgery and it’s not 100% guaranteed that the problem will go away (Chance of it coming back).

I am getting these spots/holes every week in the same area. The red spot/lump is on my right bum cheek right at the top where my *** crack starts (sorry for the language). It happens every week and it is always bursting with blood and blood clots.

Then I have 3 holes on my *** crack near the top which is always giving out sticky pus and blood. I don’t know If it is related but my lower back is hurting very badly and so are my muscles in general. Can someone tell me exactly what it is and tell me some solution for this other than surgery. I would do surgery but the doctor says it’s not 100% guaranteed solution as they can always come back therefore I am looking for some other solution like maybe some anti-biotic or cream etc.

So im looking for a new device that can meet my needs. I need the device to be light and very portable as I will be using it to connect to my car and to take to work with me to watch movies, browse facebook and browse the net etc..

Occasionally I will be using it for editing word documents too. It needs to have quick boot up times and a fast SSD preferably. The size of the laptop needs to be small as the place I work at, there is not much room to put a big laptop there.. (a 2 in 1 with a screen that flips would be very nice for this!) But at the same time I need the screen to be big too so I can watch movies on it.. 13 inch being the absoloute minimum.

Im stuck as to if I should buy a gaming spec laptop or a 2 in 1 such as the surface pro 3 (screen is a bit on the small size for movies).. what are your recommendations??

So I started Insanity and 24 hour diet (Intermittent Fasting) were I would eat at one time and then not eat for the next day untill the same time, I was still able to drink water diet drinks.

The thing is its now Ramadan and I have to keep all the fasts for a month, When I was dieting I ate at around 11.30 and then on the next day same time. With ramadan I eat at 9 at night and then wake up at 2am and eat again thats when I close my fast and then cant eat or drink anything untill around 9pm.

I still do all my other exercises e.g. Insanity everyday, I do not know why I am not loosing any weight? In fact I think im putting weight back on? I was 153lbs and now (2 weeks later) I am 141lbs. Please help me.

I do not want to go to a 24 hour fast as this is seriously hard by eating at 9pm everyday. I had the time set to 11.30 as I would eat and then stay awake till 11 at night and then go sleep and the following day ready to eat again at 11.30

What can I do to keep loosing weight?

I know this must be a stupid question but I really dont understand were grade 0 is and were grade 0.5 is? I have a WAHL clipper and it has a lever on the side, how do i know if I am cutting at grade 0 or grade 0.5 or does it go up to grade 1? When the lever is fully up is that grade 0.5 or grade 1 or is it grade 0?

Hi,

So I have an XRATED mountain bike which has KALIN handlebars and stem. The problem is the spacer between the stem and handlebars was made out of plastic and overtime it just kept getting weaker and then eventually snapped in half. Now each time I brake from the front my handlebars move and are unstable. I am trying to find a spacer for the KALIN handlebars and stem but have literally no idea on were to start. I know there's the 1 1/8 spacer but im not sure if that will fit on my bike or not?

I have provided a link to the bike itself and will try to get a picture of the half broken spacer and handlebar/stem tomorrow.

So lately I have been getting this weird issue were when someone e.g. my dad is using the treadmill my internet connection stops working? This means I have to reset the router to get it to work again. When the treadmill speed is at 1.0 the internet becomes slow and when it goes higher than 1.0 my internet stops completely leaving me with no WIFI connections or LAN?

What can the treadmill be interfering with? I just do not understand what the problem could be?

I have a Product Design exam this friday and all i know is there will be questions about lunchboxes e.g. drawing nets for lunchboxes and other stuff.

Can anyone tell me information on lunchboxes things like, what they are made out of? what keeps all the food fresh for hours? can someone also send me an image for a NET for the lunchbox? I need to remember a net in my head because I will be asked to draw a NET. If there is anything else you know about lunchboxes then please include that aswell.

I have a really annoying cousin who uses way to much internet and ends up making it super slow for me. I can not go onto his ipod and forget the network as he has a password on there. Is there any way I can disable the WIFI connection so he can not use it while he is on his ipod? The internet I am currently using is EE moved from Livebox.

I have already tried to reset the EE router to factory settings and all that has done is reset everything but still kept all the WIFI connections, I know this because my WIFI connection on my iphone was still connected to the router.

Is there any way I can disable the WIFI connection for him or even decrease the bandwidth so each time he plays a video from youtube it keeps freezing for him?

I have a Sony Ericsson W995 and my brother kept closing and opening the slide mechanism and now each time i slide the slider down the screen turns black? I have taken it to the phone shop and they said the screen needed replacement, I have now replaced the screen and the phone still does not work? I am having the idea of the Slide Flex Cable not working as it should but need a step by step guide on how I can replace that.

Can anyone tell me if the Level 2 Technical Diploma in IT is any good? I chose to do the Level 3 BTEC National in IT and did not get accepted for that but instead got accepted for Level 2 Technical Diploma in IT. The College said after the Level 2 course I can move on to Level 3 but I do not want to be wasting a whole year doing something I might already know. I am currently studying my GCSE's at the Thomas Deacon Academy and heard that what I am doing in school is all Level 2 so why should I have to go to college and do Level 2 again?

Basically my school have WIFI but my iphone 4 is not searching and finding the network? I have seen my friends iphone 4 which is searching and connecting to the connection whereas mine is not. I have a blackberry 8900 which finds the network aswell and connects to it but I dont see why my iphone which is supposed to have better WIFI range can not find and connect to the schools network? When im at home I can connect to my own WIFI Router but not when im trying to search for the schools WIFI?

Please help, I have study periods and have no WIFI connection and get bored out of my mind :(

I have 2 harddrives both are 160gb and I tried connecting them in sata with my master harddrive in SATA 1 and secondary harddrive in SATA 2. I dont understand why when I go into the bios both my harddrives are not there? and then when i go to boot priority both my harddrives are not there?

When I take the secondary hard drive of my primary hard drive comes up in bios saying master and I can load my operating system from it as well. I don't understand why when im trying to connect 2 harddrives one as my primary hard drive (OS) and another in secondary both my hard drives do not come in BIOS? What am I doing wrong?

Im thinking about going to college after my gcse's to do the ICT Level 3 BTEC National in IT (Networking and System support course and was wondering were this will take me? Is this course better than the A-Level course Sixth form gives out or is the sixth form course better? If I chose to do BTEC National in IT would I be able to get into Uni easily? Can I apply for a job after I completed the BTEC National in IT?

I am currently finishing my GCSES and applying for either Sixth form or college. I applied for a course called BTEC National in IT Level 3 (Networking and Systems support) in Peterborough Regional College and was wondering where this course can lead to? E.g. I also applied for Sixth form in John Fisher school and chose ICT, Biology, Physiology and Chemistry. I got a letter back from the school saying I am able to do the ICT A Level course they have for offer but can not do the Biology, Physiology and Chemistry courses without telling me a reason. I want to know, what is the difference between the Sixth form ICT course and the Peterborough Regional College "BTEC National in IT Level 3 (Networking and Systems support)" course. Could anyone tell me which is better aswell? I am only interested in ICT and no other subject so going to college and working with the BTEC course college has to offer is no problem for me but just wanted an opinion on which is the better course or if they are both the same?

If the college course is better then I do not mind going college and if the Sixth form course is better I am happy to go Sixth form and choose ICT and 3 different subjects instead of Biology, Physiology and Chemistry. I want to make sure before I take the wrong route.

I have been doing intermittent fasting for 2 weeks now and in the first week i lost around 7 pounds but then in the second week I only lost 1 lbs? What is the reason for this? Is there a different plan I should try? I do martial arts on Tuesday and Thursday as well so I do have some exercise going.

I have tried everything but my laptop doesnt turn on? When it did turn on I installed a fresh copy of windows 8 on the laptop but then when I turned the laptop back of again all i get is a blank screen? When I press the power button the blue power light comes on and the power light on the panel near the mouse but nothing else seems to happen? I do get fan noises and harddrive noises but nothing on the screen? I have tried to discharge the laptop by taking out any electrical wires and battery and then holding the home button for 30seconds to 1minute and putting the power cable back into the laptop. This does seem to work the majority of times but when I turn the laptop back of again the same thing happens all over again? What is the cause ?
