What is the speed of a Vivitar 5200?
I have a vivitar 5200 http://www.flickr.com/photos/whosdadog/3642213188/ I need to know what the flash speed is in thousandths of seconds for each of the power settings on the flash. 1/2 power, 1/4 power, 1/16 power and full power.

Two weeks ago, I started having problems with my printers. I have two printers on a shared computer, that worked fine previously. I eventually ended up re-installing both printers. After that they worked fine. Then I went on vacation for two weeks. I just tried printing today, and now it doesn't work again. I don't want to have to re-install every time I want to print. When I went to printers and faxes, I right clicked on a printer and selected properties. It then said "Printer Properties can not be displayed. The Print Spooler service is not running." I clicked OK, and went to manage services. It says that Print Spooler has started. What Do I do??

I did a speed test, and got the following results. Speed: 257 Kbps then i switched it to Mbps, and got 0.25 Mbps. Am i really getting .25 Mbps when i am promised 3.0 Mbps? Here are two screenshots:
