Im pretty sure its a 4cyl. and mileage is round 182xxx- I just need advice- how much does a tune up cost for this type of car?

I have a 93 toyota paseo, and it didn't come with a cigarette lighter at all, like there is no hole or socket or nothing. Im wondering how much would it cost to have one put in? And would it take a lot of time?

This is for curiosity's sake, and no its not for smoking but for my gps and other stuff.

About a month and a half ago I used Ogilvie to relax my hair. It didn't really work. It only took the frizz out of my hair a bit- Now I want to try the optimum anti-breakage relaxer for regular hair. Is that okay? Or not? I'm being very cautious with my hair. Iam puerto rican with very curly hair ( tho not as curly since ogilvie but still curly). I think ogilvie is a weak relaxer. Im trying to be on the safe side.

The reason i asked is because Im from NY and I have to transfer my license to Mass state, and when I was checking it out online it said 125 for the fee. so, why are fees for out of state conversions so high?
