Despite all of those things that everybody deems important I still like him. I like him because despite his issues he is creative, funny and can keep up with me intellectually. We are on the same page and I feel like our souls really connect. But I m not sure.... if it would ever work long term considering all of the bad things. 36, no car, no job, no licence, has a baby somewhere else that he can never see, lives with his mom, his mom paid his rent prior when he was out on his own. Despite all of that I still like him... but the other part of me knows I shouldn t because all of those things are huge red flag. What do you girls think? Could you possibly overlook these things if you have a soul connection or no? I m not a materialistic or shallow person so looks and what a person has doesn t bug me. But... these things in themselves show some even bigger character flaws possibly.

I am 20, almost 21. I don't have any full siblings. My mom and dad decided to just have me. I have two half siblings, my older sister who is 32 and my brother who is 27. We share the same mom but have different dads.
I have always felt extremely different than them. They have a different kind of bond. Even though my sister tries to assure me that she doesn't think of me as her half sibling. I'm not sure....
I've always just felt rather lonely and like I want a full sibling. I mean I know that will never happen.... but it would be nice I guess. Has anyone else ever felt this way? I look nothing like them. They have both been party animals, into drugs and alcohol. I'm an old soul. I just feel so different. I hate being the half sibling. I absolutely hate it....

I am at the point where I truly believe that it would be best for us to part. Recently I have begun to realize how toxic he is. He constantly degrades me, he calls me whore, slut, *****, ****... you name it and thinks it's funny. Like he is joking around but I honestly just think he is mean. Also recently I was on his phone and I found in his picture gallery a file that had nude little boys. How can I end thus friendship in a simple, mature yet firm way?
