Can you get brain damage if your neck is caught in a car window for a few minutes and you can't breathe or speak during that period, or shortly after?

A few days ago I received my new (unofficial) battery for my Macbook. For the first few days it was working fine, but today morning, i disconnected the AC Adapter and the computer switched off straight away. I tried recharging it and everything, but it still doesn't work. The Battery specs, like the Voltage, and all, so can anyone help please?

Is it because it is unofficial or what? In OS X 10.6.2 it says Replace Now, although just the day before it was working perfectly fine and normal.

I'm asking because Orange are releasing the iPhone soon as well, and was wondering if it would work, if I bought a Orange Sim?

My iPod Touch doesn't sync .mov files to the iPod Touch, even though Apple's website said that it does. It was one of the main reasons i bought the iPod Touch.
