Our Home ac wont turn on it tries and makes a THUMP sound. it is very loud when it does it and my dog actually barks lol . We have left it of for over an hour now thinking it froze up . i tried to turn it on again and the same thing it blows air but makes the noise. it is suppose to have 2 cycles 1 high and 1 low. it only is working in the low one. i tried cleaning the coils last week with bleach because it is really nasty and has cat hair stuck to them. now my mother is blaming me which it was like this even before I did anything except it didn't make a noise. it also makes a surge and the lights will go off and on light when you are having a bad storm . Any advice is Appreciated. I think it is the cat hair choking the system, she says it is my fault. Other bad part is my kids are trying to sleep and it is HOT, yes we live in Florida. thanks in advance!

We have 5 kids the youngest Emma will not talk to people outside of our family. Even her own grandparents she wont talk to. This is getting annoying. I think this is because the kids always talk for her. I am home all day with her and when we go to the grocery store they give her a cookie etc and she says a weak "thankyou " but thats it. I am Embarased by her behavior. We have tried punishment and rewards .. dosent matter same result.. Help!!!
