Before I left he went out of his way to start fights,call me horrid things,we haven't been close in over a decade. He say's it's the blood pressure meds, and I believed that. It's going on a year , and nothing from him. I didn't leave to lose him just work on the things we wanted to kill each other over. I just learned I have 2 lesions on my liver.that have grown 3cm over the last month. . I have been supporting myself while I have been gone , It being my idea. But my husband stopped paying the co pays to my primary care doc and the hematologist . I don't want to come across as greedy but I could use some help. We were only married 3 years but together 20. He makes 100k a year I 8520 . I have asked to go home and was rejected. . I just need a little extra help now,is it even right for me to ask my husband for it? And the medical co pays I'm not getting all the care I need at the moment. I don't know what to do.

For reasons I don't know , the pre nup was signed by both party's after the fact. I'm thinking it isn't valid. I'd like to protect my sisters assents if the worse was to happen and divorce accrues. Is it valid or should another one be drawn up. This time by a lawyer..

And the small living cost from going to school I would have made it. And to perhaps get a job or start an online business.To earn my keep so to speak.But now with the new trouble ,I'm going to have more financial burden I just can't afford. Legal aide will do a divorce but not any help for now. And I'm thinking optimistic but I'm also thinking realistically. My husband makes over 100k a year we have been together 20 years married the last 3 1/2 no children ,and I stared my illness journey over 10 years ago. Which now has developed into this cancer that now is my new journey. I was told since we are separated he isn't in any way financially responsible for me? What was the part in the vows stating "in sickness and in health" mean? Rules only apply according to state? Abandonment according to my state doesn't apply if the leaving party left under direst and unbearable conditions. So me leaving him is not only justified but also validated by 2 domestic violence charges against him hence me leaving. I don't know what I'm to do.Is there anyway to get him to help me? Not a lot just enough to get by?He was financially controlling with everything concerning money.I NEVER had any. So taking anything would be out of the question Please no mean or bad mannered hateful remarks I so don't need them

I need to know .I was told there is a shadow on my liver. Found by CAT scan Sunday MRI done today. Even being apart I thought my husband and I were there for one another. Now he say's I'm on my own,won't help at all. And the tests are not even back. What do I do? I have no family other then him. I'm 47 sitting alone and scared to death. I make very little ,I have been with him 20 years. $25 is all I have to my name.

I thought what I did was saving the phone I lost it. I put ad's in both local paper but Craigslist as well. The rightful owner has brought in the police . Should I go to them. I didn't turn the phone to a clerk that could steal it. I trust me. So I put the CL on the night and the other in the morning. The person who got it knew everything about it.The battery was dead. Think I should go and talk to the police first? I am going to make restitution of a new phone for my stupidity,but what was on it I can't and I feel so horrible.. And I am scared for myself. Not that I'm guilty of an intentional act I am an unintentional one.And not giving it to the clerk.Please not to much hate responses I really am sorry

i want a loan to fix up a foreclosed house. Talked to a realtor first off and was told to fix my bad credit rating. Did that now I have no rating and am in worse shape.Why can't I just get a loan because I have the property. That should be worth a small get to know you loan. Is a reputable lender even going to talk to me? And why can't the house and land be used regardless of my credit rating? A small amount ,short term for improvements.Is there a site for loan options,or a real estate forum for dummies?

(being my husband) was going to be arrested that day. That day was yesterday a Friday. They are cleaning house in his company and only 5 remain of the original 15. That's both blue and white collar. That was the purpose of the "big bosses" being at that branch to fire yet 2 more people. My husband has a stellar reputation,but when something like that comes about,people ponder. When he got home that night there was 2 other calls received. One on the house phone a man introduces himself and say's he's been served. The same on his cell phone. We have no idea what this can be. I was at a friends house when the latter 2 calls came in,and when told was and am stunned. We don't know of a bill a charge or demand by anyone.And if it's another woman ,I'd love to see that one.. Medical issues which I wont go into eliminate any question of that.And we are both in our late 40's and 50's so we thought responsible bill payers. What can be done about this person who put his job and our lives as we know them in jeopardy,with this call?This is harassment to me. We also talked to all the local authorities and no want or warrant is issued to anyone with my husbands name. Nor mine for that matter. Checked just in case. What do we do from here.?Is it ok even if we did own a bill for them to contact his job the top people at his job?

I'm opening up a checking and savings account and don't know what name to use. I'd like to have mine back and lose the hyphen and name., But is that me anymore and if not,do I have to wait until the divorce to get it back? If I have to use the name until the divorce , what about purchases and lines of credit, if I go to get a loan or something? What effect does that have on us both. I haven't needed a lawyer yet,as hard as it is,it could be worse. Although I'm sure money will certainly start a war if money issues are not carried out in the best way possible. I will start with the name issue,then work on the others as they arise. Thank You for constructive comments. I as well as with holding of all marital assets and never having access to it. The with holding of sex,and any form of love. I paid myself for everything that I would be using. Toiletries ETC. He says that just because we together or married he's not responsible for me. I any fashion. I left him and now I have no insurance. Did i mention I am dying... And the icing . We were at a funeral and a woman comes up to my side of the car and says "I love you Kevin" looks at me and tells me that shes the one that's hes been spending all hers and his time together. We have been together 18 year's. Married going only 3. I have disability of 700,and just received food stamps.But I didn't get 1 for 3 months this summer. He makes well over 100k . I went to a lawyer and told that since I haven't been married long I wont get any form of support from him. I don't want to take him to the cleaners,I just want a Little help I wouldn't expect much..Im learning about home businesses.to help myself. In Mo would a Judge take under consideration all of that and maybe change the rule.I have no family,I have no one.I am in a very dark place. And what I'm feeling scares me.I can't afford another lawyer visit and no legal aide in my town.. I don't know what to do.Please help me.

He has been a nursing home for several weeks including when he suffered the stroke. He is lucid most of the time. He does get confused at times. But overall can make his wants or needs known. He wants to go home. He being in his 90's is aware that at home is where he wants to be when he go to the light. He would have the same if not better care there at home.Problem the grown kids want him to remain in the nursing home and have been able to keep him there. Mother in law has full power of attorney but yet can't get him released from the nursing home. Now the insurance is almost drained,but yet we have a 24 hour nurse and all the other comforts and precautions ready. We live in Missouri any help on what can be done will be gratefully welcome. No one is talking to each other it's the kids from the 1st marriage battling the 2nd set that are step kids but equally loved and that love is reciprocated back. All he wants is to die at home.. and say's to get to the hospital to say good bye,and they don't show? You live, and the spouse tells you his reason for not being there was, that he was drinking and didn't want to drive. And didn't want to wake anyone or have money for a cab? What would you do?

leave my husband. left with a car, little clothing, and even less money. I am at the foreclose house and plan live here. Husband is threatening to not pay on house or anything else concerning me. The payments are low but I'm on disability. and bring in less then 750 a month. Is there anything that would help me make ends meet until I can figure out what to do. If indeed I am able to buy him out(That's what it would be ,right?)I would like to fix it up some how and sell it and then get another one to fix up. We have only had the place since Jan and I have mad 3 of the payments. Can I get a loan against the house when the personal loan that was taken out to buy it with isn't paid off? Is there a place that would borrow or mortgage the house and then I pay off the first personal loan. Plus have something to live on and fix he place up. I'm looking into going back to school, but with all the people with great credentials out of work, what chance do I have at middle age. Although he hasn't yet sign his half over I hold out hope. 10 Years ago I was diagnosed with a blood disorder that had me in the hospital seemingly every other week.The treatment was steroids that gave me severe osteoarthritis. I have had both knees and hips replaced and a shoulder. Now it's taking over my neck and spine. That said you can understand why it was hard for me to keep up house. It never happened. After my last stay in hospital I came home and it was so bad I moved into an old rv we have in the back yard. It doesn't have running water so I go to the BR in the garage. I make up excuses so no one comes out. But I can't stay in that house. Wild cats are in there. He keeps saying he'll clean it but all he's doing is drinking beer. What can I do? I was a homemaker for so long then sick I don't get anything from SS. other then a 75 ssi check. I didn't work enough and my husband made to much.to get anything else. So I'm trapped. Is there anything I can do to get a place for me that isn't filthy.And he pay for it? I'm at his mercy when it comes to money and he knows it.My name isn't even on the checking account.Getting a job would be grand with me,but no foreseeable. I don't want to be here with all the cat filth and beer cans. Does anyone know where or what I can go to or do.?

It first with being so dizzy and out of it.balance was off I slept for 4 days was sick for a half more.They come and go, but worse. extremely out of it and dizzy,sleepy bitchie . Clinching grinding my teeth.I have been getting so dizzy I about faint,heart palps dry mouth left ear feels like ita buzz feeling with numbness,short of breath,body aches tired but can't sleep have overwhelming nesting feelings. I am cleaning decorating blurry eyes,body and joint pain feels like joints are popping out of the socket, curling my toes all the time. Leg crams. Most all started just 2 days ago. I am going to go in and see a doctor. But wondered if I should go sooner. When I go to leave i start feeling better ,then don't go.

can the house be borrowed against? I'm wanting to buy a low cost property, I have one now and I took out a personal loan and had to put up collateral for the loan. To buy that house. That wasn't but 3 months ago..Since there is no "mortgage" refinancing isn't an option. Can't refinance a personal loan. Does the personal loan have to be paid off before I can get another loan against the house even if 1 of the intended uses for the 2nd loan is to pay off personal loan.Both house needs work and didn't cost much. I need to finance w/o a personal loan so borrowing against the other house is something I need to have. I've have just recently grew up so my credit isn't as good as it will be.Should I try and get a reg mortgage,or try to borrow against the house I already own. The total amount of what I want to borrow is 24k that pays the personal loan, the rest for the 2nd house.Any ideas?

but hasn't added me to it. I'm with him on the bills but his checking and savings accounts are privet, Only he knows how much we have. I don't have any part in the bills other then to give him the money and he pays them.I hate having to ask him for money, when I want to get something. I can't have this or that because "we" don't have the money,but yet he finds it when he wants something.Is there a law or something that says I should have use of an account since we are married. He has every use of everything of mine, I feel I should get the same from him.but I'm afraid he wont until forced.. I hate to do that,but if he's hiding this what else is he hiding.So finding out that when married both have equal access, use and rights to the funds and not hide or keep from the one another is important.

So this would be as we were together.Buy I don't know what type of pc she has other then it's a laptop. And since I have a used pc, I don't know much about mine. Is there a universal webcam,that works with anything? Do I need to get a disk with a webcam driver to download that's not included? And is there anything special that needs to be bought for them to work,and does it cost?Thank you in advance for your opinion and time.
