Well i recently became shop Steward for union local 100 at the NEW GIANT STADIUM,to make a long story short DNC(DELAWARE NORTH CORP) are not respecting the union contract and are not respecting the seniority list, i have had meetings with the union president and still nothing is getting done .this is going on 3months, i really believe they are doing this on purpose to break up the union,so im thinking of writeing a letter to my senator for help, do you think she would help, what else can i do, the union seems to be weak on there spot,help

well, i graduated from culinary school about 12yrs ago with about 80 other students and friends, and im just wondering where are they,ive worked in almost all the restaurants in my area and both corp and none corp and ive always wondered with all the highering of non culinary profesionals ,was it even worth it to go to school,are those 79 graduates working in the field or did they quit?i love what i do ,the kitchen is my life.my fellow co workers cant believe im an american by the way i work.LOL

my friend has a 2004 ford explorer and when he plays a cd ,the cd jumps or skips or doesnt play at all,i assumed it was the cd cause they all looked scratched up and the radio wouldnt work either, so enyways he bought a new car battery last week and now everything works ,the cd's play perfecly,So was it because of the new battery or what? im baffled?

well im a cook and i love what i do no matter where i work,ive been working for a corporate cafe for 3yrs,but its no fun unlike a restaurant, i have great benefits and im off weekends,but the truth is there's a girl i like but she's not intrested, and if i go to another place i wont have job security but i'll have fun with the staff ,i dont know ,is leaving a job for a girl a dumb reason?we do talk and she is a friend but its just hard being there sometimes
