Dear Recruiting/Hiring Manager,

You receive hundreds of applications and resumes per day, possibly even thousands. Everybody would love to represent and work for the infamous Apple retail store; as so would I. I grew up always being an independent young man that had my own individualistic values and ways. I believe that being unique was always better than shadowing something else - to be an individual, is to be different. That’s the main reason why I would like to represent and work for Apple as a specialist. Apple products are completely different than any other technological devices made today. Their products are nearly flawless and their style and designs cannot be replicated - as if it was in a higher class of its own. The way the products function, inspires the past and current generations to make a stand to learn and expand their knowledge. I want to be a part of this technological advancement and learning era and get first hand experience of it.

I’ve read the descriptions of what specialists had for duties and responsibilities. I believe I could successfully fulfill those needs. I’ve never worked inside a retail store before; however, I have some experience when it comes to customer service and retail outside of an actual store. I’ve done retail work with the corporation Amway Global. Amway Global has taught me how to handle customers and consumers through DVD’s and personal hands-on training. I’ve always had an easy time approaching others and speaking about the products I was selling. I interacted with people on a daily basis and did a lot of customer service when they ordered products directly through me. On my spare time, I went out of my way to have more face to face interaction with people by doing “cold contact” retailing; which means I would go up to complete strangers to represent my products from Amway Global. I like to help others and myself whenever is possible, especially in a group setting. I’m definitely a problem solver. I’ve been recommended from several friends to apply to this position as a specialist since I was the one they always called for help when their mac or pc wasn’t working. This position would be perfect for me to fully expand my knowledge with all the products from Apple and be able to relay the information to the next person to feel the sense of rapture flowing through their bodies from the continuous power and knowledge of Apple products. Troubleshooting is something I don’t mind doing at all. I’m extremely proficient with using all the apps on all the apple products such as Pages, Keynotes, Numbers, and Garage band. In addition, I’m proficient using the programs through Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well. I’ve done a lot of computer tech with pc’s: fixed, and built my own custom desktops to resell since I have no interests in pc’s anymore. I use Adobe Photoshop Cs6 for my MacBook Pro and the way the pro handled it, completely switched me over from pc to mac forever. I believe I will be a great asset to your team of Apple specialists and customer support. My MacBook has shown me that it has its own mind; an individual that cannot be replaced or replicated. Apple products are unique; unique is what I am. Therefore, I am Apple.
