I have a 1994 Honda Accord EX 4-door sedan.

The problem i have is that when i drive for more then 15 mins the D4 light starts to blink then the check engine light turns on.

I know why the thermometer goes high and its because the water sending unit isnt sending the water back to the radiator.

A friend who used to be a mechanic said that it could be possible i have a warped header from a previous overheating problem.

What should I do. I've put so much money into this car and I havent paid it off yet.
