lets say I got into a heated verbal argument with some female room mate who actually initiated the argument and was loud and abusive whereas there is abs nothing I did in my tone or demeaner to show I was doing the same. Next , the female calls her BF complaining abt me ..... and her BF becomes doubly abusive and most disgusting in his French. Cops are called and the GF BF pair file false DV charges against me. I go to court and prove these are false. But in the process it has caused me harassment , torture , ruined my day PLUS it leaves my background check results tainted.

About > 60% of DV calls are fake calls because 1 side ( Obviously I refer to the side that is perceived by this society as "weak" ) wants to "teach a lesson" to the other side .

Once it is proved that there is NO +ve reinforcing proof that I had committed DV at all and charges are dismissed......can I counter Sue the people who filed these charges for harassment - physically mentally and emo. disturbing my state of mind ....USING just that fact that a charge was filed one me but IT was NOT proved to be true ( I am not sure if the court the dismisses a false DV charge , would affirmatively summarize that because the charge was NOT proven true it is in fact summarily a FALSE charge and punish the accuser )

Suppose you had a skirmish with a lady room mate. You have NOT done anything to indicate abuse to that person . In fact you avoided being near her because SHE was abusive.

My Q is

<> Can she just walk up to the PO Station and say I did ya da ya ...and file a false DV Case and get a restraining order ?

<> if there is a false retraining order or dv filed ..... and I never even came to know about it because my address has changed...HOW do I know if I am involved.

<> How can I refute these charges and get this off my record permanently.

it will gimme the message ebay.com not found on our servers com.org. As if I asked them to search for it. This is SUCH a pain in the a** annoyance !!!!! .

Here are the characteristics of the problem :

-- At work : On the same PC I can surf to ebay.com no problem

- At Home : When I use the other PC It does not cause the problem.

So the problem lies in MY WORK PC @ Home Instance. Not @ work.

DID anyone have this problem before..? how did you resolve it
