I've had 2 c-sections and both times I smelled a really strong odor, like a chemical or sterile smell but only for about 2-3 minutes at a certain part during the surgery (I'm not sure which part). My husband, who was there for both, says he smelled nothing. The smell was so strong that it almost made me gag and took my breath away. Am I crazy? Did anyone else experience this?
