i am due to start this for depression an anxiety, but im nervous so would like to hear if ppl have had any sucess storys on this.

also a few questions if anyone can help plz-

- whats the best time to take it (i already feel like i cannot sleep at nite and carnt wake up in the morn, so want to know if taking at a certain time woul be best suited to helpling with my sleep prob)

-what benefits should i feel from it

-does it stop you from feeling happy aswell as sad if so, whats that been like for you?

-can i take antibiotics or paracetamol if and when i need them at the same time as flux?

-how does alcohol effect it?

-any other comments or info you feel may be benificial to me?

my mum is suffering at the moment she is in her late 40's, i am wondering how long before she will need to be put in a care home, what symptoms will b hard for me to d/w at home?

Also how d you go about getting the test to see if you have it - is there any set criteria b4 they will test you eg - age, ?
