In Chanute,Kansas cops and court says they can double a.04 if you didn't blow long eought. 1 was long .04 also?
The same cop scared a guy in to attacking me while driving pushing me benith the dash borad causeing a mail box and the corner of a pourch deck to be damaged.After about 18 post ponements it went to trial(1 year & 11 mounths later).At the scene Perkins( the cop) said he just wanted the guy (mike) to make me serve so he could stop me,this was done in front of 9 whitness ,none of which I could persuade to testify incourt.some told me why,use your imagenation.The reason for all of this he over heard me muttering Pervert and he sure took it personal.All he has to is what he does then people can't use the 1st amentment,if you know of a statute regerding the .04 doubling please let me know .Oh 17 years earlyer he was in on another fake charge.Thanks for any help you can provide.
