i started working about a month and a half ago, my first check was short about 10 hours so i complained, they did nothing about it. so for my second check i started writing down my times straight from the time clock, my second check had 1 week correct and 1 week wrong, but i couldnt prove it because i just started keeping track, but i was short 2 reg hours and 4 overtime hours, now its time for my 3 check, i wrote down all my times from the time clock, then yesterday i checked , and my times were shaved again. i have proof this time. but if i complain again, i think they may pay me, but wont they just find some unreasonable excuse to fire me. i dont think i should just have to except it. but there are not many jobs in my small town, so i cant just quit, and i dont want to i like the job, the sad thing is the district manager who shaved the times is technically my step mother. i told her i wrote down my times and she got pissed, id go over her head but they wont fire her, they probably told her to do it. is there anything i can do? a lawyer will cost more than the pay im missing. any advise ? thanks.

I dont want to completely restore any car, but i was wondering if i found a good shell/frame of a nice old car or truck, without caring about originality , cant i buy just about any rebuilt motor and tranny and drop them in? they dont have to go to the car right as long as they are compatable with each other? like the old ford trucks havea straight six in them , cant i get a rebuilt straight 6 from the 80s and drop it in ? have it painted, and then i have a nice old truck right? please correct me if im wrong.

I would like some cool or neat ideas that may be slipping my mind or i havent thought of. , im building a 22 ft x 30ft cabin/house, im building it on a steep hill side above a small creek , my plan is dig a hole for the house along the edge of the very small cliff, so that 75% of the house is under ground level, so at the rear of the home you could almost waqlk straight on to the roof, with only a 4-12 pitch roof . 8 ft walls, and im going to poor a concrete pad to build on. i was just recently informed of radient heat- eater pipes in the concrete, thats aq great idea, but i need to make it affordable. , also im going to make the front of the house - the side facing/ hanging off the cliff mostly wondow by putting in 4 sliding glass doors , as that seems to be the cheapest way to get energy efficient glass. i do have a limited budget, but i still think for just a few extra bucks here and there could make all the difference and i can only do this once, is there anything you forgot when building your house? what cool things could i do? and how many sky lights is to many fo a house this size? what ever your thoughts may be, i need 2 bedrooms 1 bath and the front living space should span the whole 30 feet with no interuption justa kitchen counter.. thanks everyone, anyone who can give me an idea ill use or remind me of something i forgot will get the 10 points, and if it matters i have no labor cost and anything extra i do i need to be able to do myself or with help of a friend my whole budget is in between 20-30 thousand. the hollow/ land is all wooded . thanks.

if i do the above ,,, in the concrete pad, i thought of running PVC pipe 1 inch in the concrete back and forth and Connect it to the hot water is this a efficient way to heat the floor?

i have a piece of land, and would like to build my own house, im in ohio, i can build it myself, including digging a septic tank hole and leech bed. i see no reason i should have to tel lanyone or get permission, but ive been told THEY can make me tear it all back down? so my questions are

if i have the state or county tell me what to with a septic system they may tell me i need 4 tanks or something stupid and cost me 10-15 thousand extra that i cannot afford, is this whats going to happen?

and whats the cost of a building permit and septic permit and inspection non sense. ?

i cant seem to get a lawyer to give me an rough estimate on the cost of clearing the title on an heirship property , i know he'll charge 150 an hour and have to pay his clerks to do all the real work, but anyway, there are about 60 people involved some contactable some not, i already found all the people so i think thats half the work done. what can i expect to pay to complete the job??? 5-10 -15 thousand or more?

whats the process of getting fitted for clubs, im 6 foot 2 but my arms are very long, it seems to me the shorter the shaft the better i hit the ball , does this seem correct? and i dont trust the punk kid working at diks sporting goods to know what hes doing. also my hands are big compared to most and regular grips seem way to small for me .....any advise?

on a course i plat a lot , the 2nd hole has an option , white tees-par4 or blue tees-par 5 , i guess technically you dont have an option , your playing the whites or the blues, but i tee off were i feel like it, " never in front of the whites though" if the hole isnt that challenging ill play the blues, anyway, if you play it as a 4 its impossible to par the hole without a chip in, for me anyway, a 230 yard drive and you still cant see around the bend "dog leg left" you need 260 from the whites to get a shot at the green, , so i choose to go back 20 yards to the blue Ts and gain a stroke, what would you do ?

i can hit all my clubs straight and perfect except my driver im about 75% accurate with it and my 3-4-5 irons im about 25 % with i always make good contact, and they always go straight but not were im aiming i dont slice or hook, they just go straight right or left. but my 3-5 wood and 6i-64*w are perfect everytime. i hit a 40 today on 9 holes should have been a 39 but i had a lip out on a cup that was damaged. but my driver and 5i found the rough to many times . ive gotten to the point were if i need my 3i or 41 i just go with my 5w and adjust the distance accordingly. i was 175 out and went with an easy 5w so i knew id stay straight. but i shouldnt have to do that.

is it worth it to buy a 20$ sharpener to sharpen your old clubs? or once you wear out your clubs there worn out for good?

im a high 30s low 40s for 9 holes player, but my club faces might as well be flat, i get NO bite at all. Ill probably never be able to afford a 400$ set of clubs, but i know if i could cut into the ball id be hitting par or better.

any suggestions?

it says 1868 on it, i cant remember the writing on it , i would call it a floor model. im starting to think someone messed with and its not really that old, did they even have floor models then? also it doesnt have the big horn on it , on the left side is were you store records, and on the right is the rest. the sound comes out of a big megephone type thing thats sorta built in , with a flat top an bottom? can anyone help, or point me in the right direction, i dont want to haul it to antiques roadshow.
