5 AnswersSecurity1 decade agoJapanese Katsura woes?
Due to last winter's battering, we lost our gorgeous 30 yr old cedar hedge (20 trees) We removed them and we put in (among other things) 2 lovely large Katsuras (12'-15') about 3 weeks ago. We added mulch, lime and transplant liquid. They are doing fairly well, but I noticed that some of the new leaves on the tips are starting to wilt. They are very well watered (we live on the "Wet/west coast")Is this a normal transplanting occurence or should I be doing something different? I know that the trees will be somewhat shocked but I don't want to loose them. Advice much appreciated. Thanks

I am a Canadian living in Vancouver. I visited Britain in 2005 and had the best Dolcelatte pear and gorgonzola tart (savory not sweet) served at the Red Lion Inn in or near Farningham. I would really love to have the recipe if anyone can find it.
