Slight weight problem after baby. I am exercising and dieting and dieting but the scale is not budging. I mostly want to lose in my stomach, (Im happy with my boobs n butt)

Does it work? Anybody please share from personal experience?

I have a beloved Pekinese , very sweet, very sensitive, very loyal. To ME. nobody else in the house. Not my daughter, not my husband, etc. He loves them and plays with my daughter but is loyal and follows around only ME. lucky me...haha

So I know its not good, but I did start out spoiling him with table food. This intensified where he was refusing to eat dog food. This intensified to where he would not eat unless I HAND FED him.

My husband was upset enough to say don't feed him. This went on 2 days, nearly 3. The dog would not touch his food, table food set out for him, he kept coming to me to eat from my hand.

My husband insited he would get hungry enough and at least eat the table food from the bowl. The dog is so stubborn he refused and started wobbling around, acting like he was going to topple over, when I gave in and hand fed him. Hes happy as a puppy and obviously stubborn as a mule.

Whats going on with this?? Is it a dominance thing? Please help me understand this behavior !!

I ususally use a warm chestnut brown on my hair. For the summer, I used "burgundy". I LOVE the color, but my hair is so damaged and dry. I had to cut 2 inches off .I used Colorsilk Burgundy.

Is there bleach in this? Does it have to "lift" your hair like a blond color?

My hair actually feels better after using chesnut brown. I am puzzled by the burgundy damage.

I miss George Noory. I miss interesting topics, i miss miss miss miss Coast to Coast AM!! I use to listen to it from my computer, now they are charging 6.95 a month to listen. I have to find a way to wire that amount to the US, but until then, is there a way to get coast to coast overseas? (far west china)

I am gonig to Tibet this summer, and need to hear from others who have gone. I heard "altitude sickness" is high there for foriengers, as the alititude is very high.

Can somebody please share thier expeirences with this? Also, there are so many Chinese pill for alititude sickness,which one would you recommend? I have access to Urumqi pharmacies, but am willing to travel or order from Taobao.

The "pest control" guys came and sprayed the kitchen in our condo today. They are doing it for all the units here, we are on the 6 th floor; its very air-y.

Before they came, I opened all the windows. I covered all our dishes. I have a small cat and a small Pekinese dog. I also have a two and a half year old, but she was at school during the spray.

They told me to take my cat and dog outside for about 40 min and did not spray around thier food. Im still worried, i took them out for an hour. Is it safe?

My 2 1/2 yr old just doesnt seem sleepy anymore during her preschool and home nap times, is this about the age they stop napping? I purposly come home so she can sleep but hasnt been lately, is it a phase or is she thru?

I got diagnosed with early pre menopausal syndrome (Didnt know there was such a thing) at 38. I am already getting alot of symptoms including just feeling hot and irritated . I am in a hurry for these

periods to be OVER ! sometimes they are 2 days, sometimes they are 7 loonng days.

I know its too early im 31 weeks but i have been having lower cramping on and off i can time every 15 min...i've timed 3 so far. 15-18 min

i looked up online "early labor signs" ( i dont even know what they are LOL)...and they said cleaning the day of labor is actually a sign of labor? wtf? LMAO ive been cleaning like a madwoman today, happily but yea i just cant get clean enough

I am seeing that more and more by the way. My question is, at 30 weeks is it normal

for them to stop giving you those pokes and jabs, and seeing more like..how do I describe it..

slow, very slow and actual moving on your sides...like it slowly coming up toward you and

more like slow movement...i just think of jaws cause I hear the jaws music in my mind lol
