I am going out of town and supposed to start my period today. I will be on a bus for 15 hours and have a very heavy flow. I was considering taking a birth control pill to stop me from having a period until I get home in 5 days. Will that work? Will I have bad moods? Please only serious people answer. Thank you.

He started out vomiting a few times and also stopped eating, we took him to the vet and they said he had a bacterial infection and sent him home with some anti-nausea and anti-biotics. After a couple of days he still was not better, took him back and they ran tests and found nothing and said it was just an infection and he would be fine in a few days. He did not eat the whole 10 days and the vet said he could go weeks without eating. He died on day 10 with hardly any warning. Does anyone know why this could have happened. We are so sad. Thank you.
