  • Can't change my profile pic on FML app?

    No matter whether I tap Album or Camera, nothing happens. I tried the help function but my question remains unanswered after ten days. I'm wondering if I have blocked permission to use photos somehow on this app, but I can't find anything in settings on the app or the iPad.

  • Recent Yahoo Mail download issues?

    Recently I'm finding that instead of occasionally failing to download to my phone, it now constantly fails to download to both phone and iPad, even sometimes when I open the app, which used to be the charm to get them to download. I've had some very important emails fail to arrive until an hour or more after they'e been sent.

    I'm not having the same issue on my laptop so I'm not sure if the issue is with yahoo generally or if it's something to do with the mobile apps. Anyone else having this problem, or Know how to fix it?

  • Can't sign in to Yahoo Messenger on brand new iiPad Air?

    I bought an iPad today and downloaded the YM app which works quite well on my iPhone 4S. It just won't sign in, tells me to try later. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, closing tans restarting both the app and the iPad, and logging off YM on my phones. the app is up to date. Any thoughts?

  • Voice and video calling buttons greyed out suddenly?

    My friend and I used to be able to use these features. We both have the latest version of Messenger (11.5.228). He uses Windows 8.1 and I have Windows 7. Suddenly my icons are greyed out and I am told his configuration doesn't seem to support voice or video calls. He can still make calls but when he tries to call me, nothing happens at my end. I get the same for other friends including one I have video called before.

    I have been through all the help and support information including reinstalling Messenger although this time I installed the local (Australian) version, Yahoo7 Messenger so his has us and mine has au at the end. But even with both of us having the US version we had this issue.

    Each time my laptop starts, Messenger starts then it boots me off and restarts. This morning I noticed when it first started the icons were there when I opened up the conversation panel for my friend, and I had the option to call him. But as soon as it restarted they were grey again.

    Please does anyone have any ideas? This has been going on at least a month now.
