I write notes on facebook. Sometimes I decide I should not have written it, or said something different. How can I delete it?

My yahoogroup lists have worked fine for years. All of a sudden I'll go to one, & a second later a Dell screen takes over and says "sorry we couldn't find". How can I fix it.

I downloaded a java update that refused to leave my computer alone. Now I have an extra tool bar at the top, that I do not want. I went to the remove programs, but was unable to find anything close. It is a tool bar with a list of sites I have been at recently. I can delete each individual site, but then another site shows up. I don't want freeking sites taking up space on my computer. For example: TDS-Home showed up 6 times. I deleted most of them only to have "General Issues" "Dell Start Page" "Suggested Sites" "Web Slice Gallery" " Gas Mileage Guide" etc show up.

I didn't want or need the java update. It just kept interrupting me, flashing annoyance. I figured, what could it hurt? Now I know, more intrusion. If I allowed every tool bar that every idiot wants on my computer, I'd have no screen left to look at anything with.
