  • Why am I not getting my daily Yahoo Answers point?

    I share a computer with my roommate, and we both use Yahoo Answers. It seems like whoever gets on it first gets the point. If she logs in before me, she gets the point. But if I log in, I can't get my point.

    What's the problem? An ISP issue? Can you not have access to Yahoo Answers for more than one person on the same computer?

    And please don't suggest that I contact Yahoo Answers. We have both done that, and get a generic auto-response.

    We like Yahoo Answers... but we want our daily points! She's a level 3 and I'm a level 4 (I think).

  • Why do picture attachments in Yahoo email show as document?

    On many of my Yahoo emails lately, I don't see a thumbnail image of the picture. Instead, it looks like the word document icon - a white sheet of paper with a fold in the corner and lines on the page. I can click and download to view, but I would like to see the thumbnails instead (to see if I want to keep the image and/or email).

    These emails are primarily Yahoo group emails - not sure if that matters or not.
