I need a vacation!

my aunt is fighting to own this house (i'm currently living in) that belongs to my late grandmother. she passed away about 3 years ago. This aunt lodged a report that we (other members staying in the hse) money, jewelries and some expensive clothings. So, about 7 police officers came to house one night (11pm) and requested that we follow them back to the station for investigation. so, we were questioned and proved innocent. we then lodged a counter report that this aunt has lodged a false report against us. this very unhappy aunt returned to the police station and pleaded for a second investigation. we received this story when we lodged a second report 3 days later stating that we will shift out on safety reasons.

my question:

i'm afraid if she request for a search warrant in our new house! is there any procedures that we can request the court to prevent a search from taking place? i'm afraid she hires the police to plant evidence against us! any clause/ section i can refer to? TQ

i would to keep some guppies but not too sure if it's such a good idea.. but i was wondering if guppies would be able to live without aerator or filter.. like bettas do? i hv bettas but never guppies!
