Recently, chrome has been acting a bit strange. Sometimes, when I open a new page, the browser freezes and I have to minimise it. When I pull it back up, the site is completely back to normal and works fine... until I go to a new URL. Videos on YouTube are also acting strangely in chrome, as they continuously skip back to the start of any given video at a completely random time, without me pressing anything. I have not checked to see if this problem occurs on any other web browsers, so I only assume that it is chrome. Any information on why this is happening and how to fix it would be appreciated.
