If money is the reason celebrities get off easy then why do people like Rebecca Gayheart get away with killing children with a fine and community service while paris hilton (who no doubt has more money) get jail time for driving with a suspended license?

I have a BA in psych and right now im an outpatient services assistant for a counseling center and a mentor/transporter coordinator. I hate writing people up and be in charge of so many things. I also HATE traveling. I thought about getting my masters so i could counsel but now im thinking i might not want to do that either because of all the traveling for conferences.

Anyway i was thinking of going back to school to become an elementary teacher or something. I want a job where i can work with kids and not have to travel. what do you guys think? Also, if i go back how long will it take me to get my teaching certificate since i already have a BA? How do you go about opening a day care? Are day cares hard to start? Do i have to have a license etc? What do i do?!?!

Ok so about 2 weeks ago I had this huge anxiety thing that lasted for a week or so. (not eating, feeling of losing it etc). Anyway, Since then i have been making these stupid rules for myself in order to keep anxiety away.. I realize that im making the rules and i realize that they are not rational but i cant seem to stop making them or to not follow them. (Examples of the rules are like being asleep by 10:30, not eating after 7pm, having to be home by 8pm etc) How can i stop this?

Ive been looking up this guy and i think he would be awsome in office. Who agrees?

Ok. So im 23 and am getting a divorce (i know... go figure right). Anyway, i was wondering if i should change my name back. My husband and I dont have kids.... but I have 2 college degrees under my married last name. How will all of that work if I change my name back... or should i just leave it?

I saw on a tv show that each state has a website that provides a report on doctors in the state. How do I find this site? I have searched it but they all cost money.

Ok i applying for my first real job. It ask for refrences a resume a writing sample and college transcripts. What type of people should i provide for the resume. so far i have 2 co-workers but i dont want to ask my boss to be my third so who should i ask? (it cant be a relative). Also for the writing sample they want a report or something from school.... should i send the whole report or just some of it?

Writing a list for eachother detailing the things that get under your skin about the other person.... is it a good or bad idea?

I just bought a new Forenza and got 6,000 dollars off because it has hail damage. Does anyone know an inexpensive way to get the dents out? I have tried the thing you see on TV but it did not work. About how much does it cost to have a pro take them out?

My husband cheated on me several times... before we were married and afterwards. We have been seperated now for a little over a year. We have been hanging out as friends again and getting along ok. I dont trust that he wont cheat on me again but i dont know for sure and he says he learned his leason when i left him. Should we get counseling and try to save the marriage or should I not waste my time anymore? Are cheaters always cheaters????

I rarely ever see the "liberals" bashing the conservatives in questions but everytime i get on here there is at least 3 questions like "Why are the liberals so stupid?" etc etc. Can't they think of a better argument?

Is anyone else a little freaked out by this Korea thing? What are your thoughts about it?

My German Shepard is about 6 years old. He is sweet and everything when he is on a leash but if he is loose inside our fence he acts like he wants to kill our mailman and i cant seem to calm him down. He also jumps on people a lot when hes excited. He did this a couple of months ago and his nails went through my face and i had to get over 50 stitches in my face. I cant seem to calm these two behaviors..... HELP!??
