I went WAY over my caloric intake?
ive been counting my calories and having maximum 1680 calories a day for 2 weeks so that i can lose a pound a week.. today i went 1000 calories over!!! i dont know what happened i just had a huge craving for everything i haven't been eating :( what happens now? what do i do ? btw i cant burn off the calories because the gym is closed right now.. I dont know what do

This used to happen like every two months sometimes every two weeks where if I walk my bony part of the ankle KILLs but not if I stand still or sit only when it moves. It comes on te not inconveniant days and I can't do anything about it. And it happens for absolutely no reason!
How can I stop it!? It hasn't happened for the whole summer and I thought it finally stopped but I was wrong because this morning I woke up and started walking and it's back.

My mom gets migraines at least twice a month sometimes for two weeks. Sometimes the medication works and sometimes they don't. I want to know how to help her because when she gets them, its REALLY bad. And she's in so much pain while we're sitting there and can't do anything about it :c please help!
