I went WAY over my caloric intake?

ive been counting my calories and having maximum 1680 calories a day for 2 weeks so that i can lose a pound a week.. today i went 1000 calories over!!! i dont know what happened i just had a huge craving for everything i haven't been eating :( what happens now? what do i do ? btw i cant burn off the calories because the gym is closed right now.. I dont know what do
