  • Indoor grapefruit tree?

    One day I opened a grapefruit and found two seeds that had sprouted inside. I planted both and one died the other is 5 feet tall now and 6 years old. I live in Colorado, which is of course is not a prime grapefruit growing climate so it has been kept as a house plant.

    The problem I'm having is every time it tries to grow new leaves something is eating the new growth. I don't see anything crawling on it and my other house plants are not suffering the same fate. Does anyone have a suggestion for a pesticide to protect a grapefruit tree from an invisible predator?

  • Stay at home Dads play groups in Denver?

    Are there any stay at home Dads play groups in Denver Metro? The reason I ask is that Moms can be real competitive and I don't find the conversation very interesting. I want my son to have interaction with other kids and it would be nice if I could enjoy the time as well.
