That was funny as hell.

So i started like 3 months ago BJJ class and tapped every session like 10 times. I went on to compete in amateur level and in seconds i saw my azz tapping. It made me think what is wrong with me, and i noticed that i was weaker than most. So i hang up the training and went to the GYM to lift weights and i used to bench press 60 lbs before and i bench 200 lbs at the moment and feel stronger than before.

My question what are the things i need to do to become better BJJ artist.
