A former employer has a class action lawsuit filed against him for non-payment of overtime. Two employees were fired as soon as he found out they filed the lawsuit. Now the employer is saying he doesn't have to pay overtime to any employee that drove a Crane truck. He said there is a law that says if you drive this truck 1 day then that exempts him from paying OT for a period of 4 months and this is for every day you drive it. Can anyone give me more information about this. If someone can really help me I would be glad to email you more information. One person that worked there also filed with the labor board....The labor board found him guilty and he paid all current employees OT. Keep in mind these people drove this truck also. His attorney says he can pay overtime to who he wants and just because he paid them their back overtime doesn't mean he has to pay everyone.

As soon as the employer found out about the lawsuit he let the current employees involved go...Is this wrongful termination? With in a few weeks he turned around and filed lawsuits against everyone involved.. He is filing theft charges on everyone involved.....He never had a problem with these employees until this... Can he file a suit out of revenge? This is obviously what this is.....If anyone knows the legal aspects of this please let me know...I will give more details if needed...

I am wanting to know if anyone has personally tried the acai berry and life cleanse for weight loss. I seen it on the oprah show and was thinking of trying it but would like feedback from someone who has tried it personally.

I have been experiencing numbness and weakness in my left hand and arm for the last 3wks or so. I am a 41 yr old woman and yes I do have hereditary heart disease. I have an apt. but cant get in for another 3wks. The numbness is mostly located in the pinkie and ring finger although the middle finger has a little numbness in it. The numbness goes through my hand up my wrist and the lower part of my arm. The weakness seems to get worse almost daily. I started off with little weakness and now have trouble lifting a plate. (feels like I could drop it at any time) I haven't told husband and kids because I don't want them to worry so if anyone has any ideas on what it might be please let me know. Like I said I do have a Dr. apt but not for 3wks. I don't want to go to ER because I don't know if it would be considered an emergency. Thanks for your help........

We traded a mare for a gelding on Monday morning. He came and picked her up and dropped him off. He called me Monday evening and talked about how great she was doing. He had a tech come out and look at her and she told him she looked very healthy and was great. He went back out around 11:00 Monday night just to check on the horses and she was still great. He called her up and she came right to him and acted fine. He went out Tuesday morning around 7:30am to feed and she was lying dead in the middle of the small pasture she was in. He said she was cold and stiff so death must have come shortly after he seen her at night or he believes. There was a thunder storm that night but not evidence that she was struck by lightening. She was up to date on all vaccines and as I stated never acted sick in any way. If any one has an idea please let me know. If more info is needed let me know what you want to know and I will add more detail. Thanks

I was told you had to drop the exhaust to change the fuel pump on this car. the way the exhaust is run you cant just drop it you have to cut it or drop the rearend. If anyone knows of an easier way to change the fuel pump on a 2001 camaro please let me know............

Just bought a boat with a 1979 140hp mercury motor on it and believe it is wired wrong. Does anyone know the firing order on this motor. I need to know firing order on the head and need to know which one is #1 on the distributor.

please help my daughter has severe recurring uti's. These are so bad that she has side pain, painful urination and for at least 24hrs during the first 24-48hrs of the infection she will have blood in her urine. she has had 8 in a 12mo period. We have had a cath. done to check her bladder functions and those are normal. She has had xrays done and nothing was found. They have put her on antibiotics to take and she has been on these for 4mo. and still seems to have one about every 4-6 wks. I dont see where being on antibiotics all the time can be good for someone. A doctor told us she has ecoli in her blood but never explained this to us. Please help and let me know where I can go from here. After 3 doctors I am at a loss. She always drinks water and may only drink 1-2 cokes a month. She will also drink a few glasses of cranberry juice a month.

I am looking for a home school that is for k-12 my daughter is in the 1/2 part of her 10th grade she is going to a charter school to get a head but it ended up putting her behind she should be in the 11th grade I cant put her back in public school because she will have to start from a lower grade because they dont take 1/2 credits I need a school that does not cost that much but is still a good school we live in tx so i would need one around here if you have any websites or information plz help thank you
