If amnesty is given shouldn't that number be deducted from amount of immigrants allowed in?
America has a limited amount of immigrants that it will allow in the country to protect the economy, and from over population. And if 20 million illegals are given amnesty, then considered to be immigrants, shouldn't America reduce the number of legal immigrants entering the country?
For those concerned about the legal immigrants, keep in mind that it is too hard to go through the process therefore it is better to break the law, than to abide by it. Out of the estimated 20 mil illegals in the country 87% percent are from Mexico, which means that once the border is closed down, and protected Mexicans will not be able to legally migrate to America for about 15 years. Arabs will not be able to migrate here for about 7 years, and the rest will have to wait at least 3 to 5 years. If you want a trade off that protects these criminals, this is the only one I can find.
8 AnswersImmigration1 decade agoIf the problem is businesses hiring illegals, then why are Americans still using these business services?
If the government won't uphold the law with these businesses, and Americans know these companies are either hiring, or operating as an illegal business. It is the American people that support these businesses, and the illegals that they hire. And it is the Americans that are going to have to stop using these to stop the companies from hiring illegals. I am an American, and I hate to admit to myself that I have also supported these criminals, so I made a choice not to. I no longer buy any products from Mexico, who has the largerst amount of offenders in my country. There is nothing racist about that fact, either. My entire family is doing the same, and my mom now pays me to mow the yard, and I can always use a little more gas money. My sister now pays my other sister to babysit her kids. There is always someone in your family that can use a couple extra bucks, stop giving it to an illegal, and give it to them.
12 AnswersImmigration1 decade agohas anyone else noticed allot of questions that have nothing to do with immigration, and repeat questions?
I just wonder if anyone else has noticed allot of questions being posted that are repeat questions on racism, or are questions that have nothing to do with immigration.
Could this be a way to push the real questions down to the bottom of the page, to keep people from seeing, and answering them?
6 AnswersImmigration1 decade agoIf Amnesty is awarded 20mil illegals, what message is being sent to Americans about they're laws?
What I mean is: If our government gives an estimated 20 million illegals Amnesty, what message is the government sending to the American people in reference to our country's laws.
21 AnswersImmigration1 decade agoHave illegals ever considered that their presence in America lessens the number of legals allowed here?
I know that American immigration laws only allow so many immigrants from each country in yearly. When illegals are given amnesty, the numbers of illegals are deducted from the amount of immigrants allowed in the country, further slowing the process for real immigrants. I just wonder how many illegals, and their supporters are aware of this, and understand that amnesty will further hinder the people trying to come here legally.
22 AnswersImmigration1 decade agoHow many people are aware that most illegals don't pass the background checks?
The reason many illegal aliens come here illegally is because they cannot pass the background checks, and or the medical exams. Americans have sponsered many programs through private donations to help poor immigrants migrate here legally. I have friends that have gone through the immigration process, and other than the medical exams, and background checks, they are only required to learn English, and our laws. Many of the programs sponsor GED programs so that these workers can also be skilled. There are far more reasons to migrate legally, then there are reasons to migrate illegally. Legal immigrants qualify for grants to open businesses, buy homes, and establish themselves in America. In many cases they are even given free college educations, so I am not buying the illegals plight. Illegals are the criminal element that can not get across the border legally, so they further criminalize themselves here in America. The American dream is handed to immigrants, not illegals
9 AnswersImmigration1 decade agoHow do the Mexican people feel about their new president?
Does the man that beat President Fox really have more to offer the Mexican People, besides $1.26 an hour minimum wage?
13 AnswersImmigration1 decade agoHow many people have heard of Governor Rendell of Pennysilvania?
I like allot of Americans are not happy with the politicians that say they are going to run for president next term, so I have been doing allot of research, and I think I found a candidate that I would like to run for President, but I would like to hear more about him, from people who have heard of him.
4 AnswersGovernment2 decades agoHow many people have checked to see the activity on their SS#?
My father has been at his same job for more than six years here in the state of Texas, and about a year ago we found out that his identity had been stolen. Eleven months later we learn my father has 6 jobs in 5 states other than the job he holds here in Texas.
We found out two weeks ago that our family owns land, and a house in New Mexico where a rather large family of illegals are living. My family has never owned a home, and because of my mother's medical bills they never will, and now with the damage that is being done by their credit being maxed out, a disability claim that has just about taken all thirty thousand dollars my father has paid in to ssi. My parents discuss these things with me because they want me prepared to deal with life as it gets even harder for an American. I hear about millions of identities being stolen by illegals in a six month period.
The same id's are often stolen many times by hundreds of illegals for use. 98% of all identity thefts are by illegals
7 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoWhy is it that illegals claim to be good people because they are poor and desperate, but poor Amer are all bad
Why is it that Americans are so willing to believe the worst about their own, and plenty willing to believe a known criminal. Have Americans really become so out of touch with their own. How dare Americans preach to others about not taking care of their homeland, when Americans won't even do it.
12 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoShould American boycott the tourist trade of countries with a large amount of illegals in our country?
Until these countries get there citizens under control, and start protecting our borders along their nations. We are already supporting their criminals, why should we support their economy?
9 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoHow many Americans and Immigrants think that racism is out dated, and third world thinking?
To illegals I say go home, Americans will not pander to you any more, and it is every Americans duty to protect the real immigrants of our nation from you. That is just one of the responsibilities that is required of Americans by their heritage.
My mother is Blue Angel Of Freedom, and she gets harassed allot. But, it doesn't stop her from trying. Her and my father, who is half Mexican have raised me with good American values, and to understand why the American Traditions must be protected.
It is not the money that brings immigrants to America, it is the voice our laws give us over our government. Americans have become too lax on these issues, but I see that changing as Americans discover how to take a stand against their own government again. It is easy, just contact the IRS office and claim your federal tax exemption. I think it is 3rd gen. or more to qualify.
I would have to ask my mom. If you want to know more post a question, I'll explain best I can
2 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoHow many people are tired of states imposing laws that are against our federal laws on illegals?
There really is not enough space to ask the question as it should be asked. I would like to know are people tired of having state imposed laws to aid illegals, that are in direct violation of our Federal Laws on the books against these people?
I am not talking about immigrants being helped by these laws, but illegal aliens being helped by these laws.
9 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoHow many remember the question about the paint ball park?
about a week ago, I posted a question asking if I should be concerned about a paint ball park that was opened up out in the middle of now where, in the center of a small community. Anyway, I asked about it because it had been open for almost two months when it was shut down. The only people that were allowed to use the paint ball park was Mexicans. My post was greeted with many insulting statements about me being parinoid, and yesterday, I even chose the best answer on the question, saying that most of you were right. This morning I discovered, that you were all wrong. These Mexicans were militants using the paint ball park as a cover for their military training efforts. Homeland security wont tell me anything, but this morning when these people went to open up the paint ball park, they were raided.
7 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoIs this the immigration forum, or the scream racism forum?
Racism is third world thinking, and out dated in America. Racism belongs in America as much as Illegals do, and that is why we have laws against both.
Sadly, the only people I screaming racism are people who have no other excuse for what they know is wrong.
I seem to have to ask this question every time I come in this forum to ask questions on an important issue. Why do people have to be reminded how to communicate without critism.
Besides all of the name calling is just to keep people who want real answers from getting them.
15 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoDo you think Legal Immigrants have Earned the Right to be Protected by Americans?
I as an American am out to protect my people, and the true immigrants of our country.
They must be protected from illegals trying to use them as a cover for the crimes they knowingly, willingly commit.
American Immigrants endure the process, show respect for our laws, and our people. Illegals are nothing more than bottom feeders who believe they deserve more than the legal immigrants who only leave their home nations to find work, and feed their starving family's. Illegals steal immigrants identities, and American identities to find work, not caring that they are stealing another person's Rights, and Livelihoods, and destroying that person's family. This cruelity by the illegals has forced Americans, and immigrants alike to begin to defend themselves. The pity train for illegals has left the station, and they should have been on it.
9 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoWill people please stop insulting legal immigrants by calling illegals immigrants?
Illegals are not immigrants. Legal immigrants have earned their place in America by honoring our laws, and our respecting our people.
Illegal Aliens are criminals that do not want to become citizens, they only want to work here, then send the money across our borders to their homelands, to further their wealth, and the wealth of their nations.
Immigrants come to America to become citizens, and by going through the process to learn our language, understand our laws, and respect our nation. I as an American honor and welcome them.
As for the criminals, I am doing all that I can to make life for them here something they no longer want. I live in Texas and I am putting them out of work, out of my communtity, and their supporters are not screaming as loudly as they were before. The companies in my area are getting the point, and looking for Americans to hire while they cover their butts to keep from being put out of business.
20 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoDo you think that the last two Amnesty bills increased the number of homegrown terrorist cells?
America has always had homegrown terrorist cells that attack the government, and our people.
What I want to know is do you think that the last two amnesty bills were the cause of the massive increase in their numbers. The fact that some of the terrorists caught in Florida were born American tells me it did, and now these cells have adult children that are also reproducing. I asked this question early, but people in the government forum appear to be afraid to answer it.
10 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoDo you think the last two amnesty bills created a larger homegrown network of terrorist cells?
Americans have always had home grown terrorist cells that assult our government and our people, but do you think that the last two amnesty bills increased there numbers ten fold?
1 AnswerGovernment2 decades agoHow many Americans have visited their local ghettos?
I keep hearing about the poor kids running bare foot in the streets, hungry in the middle of the night.
Well, if you really want to see something like that you don't have to cross the border. Just get some whowhos and go into your local ghettos. You will find children of all color running the streets bare foot and hungry in the middle of the night. That is until the police come in and impose the curfews. Almost all of these people are Americans forced into low paying jobs, because they have to under bid the illegals for work. While the illegals are able to get millions of dollars in grants and loans from your local community to help them get established.
3/4 of America's people live below the poverty level. Which also means that the mass majority of Americans have little to no education.
When are we going to start helping them? If you want to be a good person help your fellow man in need, not those who premediatedly committed crimes to get across the border
