Question about the concept of "time served"?
I understand that people who are convicted of crimes are given credit for the time they spend in jail before their conviction. I understand that, that makes perfect sense to me. What I do NOT know however, is what happens to people who are found innocent at trial. Does the judicial system provide some kind of monetary or other restitution to them? Or are they just SOL?

Rubio actually held a responsible position in Florida as Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives. He wasn't a mere community organizer.

5 AnswersLanguages1 decade agoIs the "Birther Movement" sponsored by Obama supporters as an attempt to discredit Obama's real opposition?
I have been to Tea Party rallies. I have been to events sponsored by the 9/12 Project. I have never actually met anyone who believes Obama was born outside the Untied States of America. The opposition is based on policy issues - that is it. I do not know where these people are coming from. I would not be surprised if this whole thing was sponsored behind the scenes by people who want to discredit very real ideological opposition to the Obama agenda. Where are these people?

4 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWe are now farther into the Obama administration than we were into the Bush administration on 9/11.?
If Obama can still blame all of his problems on Bush does that mean Bush could have blamed 9/11 on Bill Clinton?
Please, before you answer, be aware, I am NOT a BUSH FAN. I am just sick on Obama not taking responsibility for what occurs during his administration.
