I'm trying to transfer some hyperlinked images from Word to an earlier version of Outlook to be included in my signature. When I try this, it transfers the URL instead of the images. How do I get it to include both?

Putting together a document and I want to use both sides of the paper. I will be printing at Kinko's and I wanted to know how to go about completing such a feat. As you can tell this is my first time.

My friend and I had and interview at an ad agency about 3 weeks ago. The interview went really well and the HR rep said they want us there, but we are going on a month without a hard offer. Is this normal and is there any insight as to why it may take this long to submit a job offer?

I just started to take yoga classes last week and I'm finding it hard to keep my balance and concentrate on my breathing. Part of the reason is that I'm 6'2 215lbs and holding some of the positions like downward dog are a bit tricky. Anyone out there got any advice or will it all just come with practice?
