How do I prove it other than my customers are telling me, and can somebody point me in the right direction as to how I can sue them? What type of lawyer do I need? They are stealing my equipment as well. We are based in NJ. Thanks for your help.

It's very perplexing that I had to hire a veterinarian expert, and another expert that was once a judge for the Westminster Dog Show. Although the case settled- and this was superior court, but animals are treated as property, like a table or chair and there is no intrinsic value. I feel Veterinarians OUT OF THE AFFIDAVIT OF MERIT! Restore point off of the file server. The OS is Windws XP. The server is a mirrored drives. I get to the desktopr for a restore point? How can I get a system restore point off of the server? I have been under the care of a Vpsychchiatrist for 7 years, and with success until- I was put on Seroquel, slow increase 50mg up to 400mg. The stuff basically put me in a coma, but did settle me down. The other meds Lamictal, & Xanax. After about 6 months, usual blood work- well you have high BP, high cholesterol, and thyroid problem. WHAT? So I had trouble focusing with Seroquel, have been off for 5 months, very short term & long term memory loss and lots if "did I tell you..." yes you did. At least 4x a day, and I don't know, extreme slight headache, fog, memory, and comprehension every day. After 5 months I would think the head would be clearer - and it's not, seems to get worse. My doc wants me on it again but I am so so scared- I already have enough brain damage. Anyone experiences? Sorry for the novel. Thanks for your input & experiences.

In NJ, you don't even to LOOK if there is a crosswalk, I mean how stupid. The passenger side of the window got folded towards the window. She was screaming (obviously scared).

The paper said that she was unconcious. She was screaming, obviously in horror as well. Screaming people that are unconsciuos don't scream.

Can the hospital records from scans if she actually was knocked out?

They said he was heading east and he was headnng north. LOVE THE PRESS!!

We are in NJ and my expert is in Albany, NY. Shouldn't that be the defendants expense. Myself and my attorney said that the defendants lawyer said "I want to SEE how she will be on the stand. I feel, web cam, skype, FaceTime, etc. Should be sufficient. Who's expense should it be? Mine or the defendants? Thanks for your honest input.

After a few years, I was able to tell the weather changes. Anyway, last Saturday it began to ache. Sunday, oh brother the weather is going to get really bad. Monday, I needed crutches and couldn't toe touch. Tuesday, enough was enough, I called my GP and she sent me to the ER. Bottom line, hardware intact, knee immobilizer, and..."tendonitis"?? I didn't fall or injur it, the pain is "bone" pain. I can't STILL walk on it, although I can stand full gait on it. My husband thinks the hardware has to go... NOOOO!!! NOBODY PLEASE TOUCH MY FEMUR!...what are your thoughts? Could this be tendinitis all of a sudden? Knee is totally mobile, but looks like a tennis ball. What do you think?? Thanks so much!

So I was given 200mg Seroquel XR, day and 300mg XR at night. I have been taking the regular seroqouel for nearly 3 years, so I waited until Friday night, and only took the 200mg. I still feel horrible, like its a "new" pill. Still have a nagging headache. Has any of you switched, why, and does it help? I liked the idea that I could decrease my dose of that medicine as needed. This is horrible. I feel after 38 hours I would feel better, I could not function at all yesterday not sedated very clumbsy. I Hate it! I haven eaten a bite since before I took that damn pill on friday. And I am still very detached. HELP! What are your experiences please- there is way too much of something. Thank you for sharing.

while rough play with my other dog, the eye troubled dog got entropion. she never had any eye-lid problem before the rough play. I witnessed that. - have 1.5, but it doesn't say D, E or anything. The tongue has a small white tag sewn onto it says E/B. I have also seen on the web that Graf size 2, is the same as a CCM other brands are Reebok & Nike-Bauer size 1.5.. Can anyone help on this? I thought that the CCM's that I have would break in...there must be a defect on the right skate because it literally puts my toes on top of each other. Need wide skates. Is there a manufacturer that makes a 1.5 E or EE? Shoe size is 3, from what I understand, CCM same fit as Reebok, Nike-Bauer, a Graf size 2. Any otheres? Need at least an "E", and the CCM 652 Super Tacks size 1.5 (with a small white tag that says e/b).

are their any suggestions for a supplement to add to the caprylic acid?? Chronic yeast is pretty much under control, sometimes even with caprylic acid the bubbly sound becomes present with no appetite. Thanks!

seroqel 50-100mg, 4mg xanax? yes, i am a mess. i am asking because research shows that prozac can help with "earworms". I see my doctor in Feb.,and will ask, just asking for input. None of these meds help with "earworms". Extremely frustrating, and I always forget to mention it but I have the question now in my phone as a reminder to ask. Thanks!
