to rapidly become aware of my negative emotions in order to prevent an intensifying of energy which would cause an addictive physical cellular stance? I tend to be suspicious of escapism at the same time as seeing the usefullness of not establishing unwanted habits or addictions.

I have been observing some large black bees about the size of bumblebees.
One started to make a small hole in a bamboo stake. About 24 hours later the hole was as big enough to enter. It was making a strange noise which when it entered and continued to dig was amplified a little. Two days later it was sill going at it. Then another bee went from stake to stake. What type are they? No, there is no yellow.
