Any suggestions on what I can do to lose weight (see below for more info)?
I'm 6'1''
weigh 278lbs
eat between 800 and 1000 calories a day
aerobic exercises 5 days a week for 1 hour each day
lift weights 5 days a week for 30 min each day
I've at least stopped gaining weight but still not losing... I've been holding steady at 278 for a month now and I've been to the doctor and all my lab work came back absolutely normal
I'm getting FRUSTRATED!
Any suggestions?!?
