I am a 38 year old male. I am slightly hypertensive, with borderline diabetes. But my trouble started before that, please read below;

I sweat profusely in the summers, not in the winters. This gets even heavier when I am eating food. It smells alright, but does have a tremendous amount of salt content; because, when the sweat dries, there are sweat marks all over my shirt and pants. Because of this, I have to change my clothes twice a day, sometimes. I can’t imagine using them the next day.

What is wrong here and are there any remedies? Please help me on this one!
