What is the black spot on my tooth?
I go to the dentist regularly, the last time was in October. I haven't had any cavities in years. Last week i noticed a fairly large black spot on one of my teeth along the gum line. I know it wasn't there before because I would have seen it when I was flossing. The tooth doesn't hurt but I am concerned about what could be causing it.
