My optometrist told me I have high IOP during a glaucoma check (20 - confirmed a couple of years ago). Along with this the shape inside my eyes puts me at a higher risk for retinal detachment. Are there any lifestyle (diet, exercise, habits) choices I can undertake to keep my eyes healther? My blood pressure is normal.

Certain visas such as F1 (student) mean you are not supposed to marry a US citizen (dual intent clause). But if ones fiancee is a Canadian working here with a TN visa, does marrying a US Citizen/Permanent Resident violate any regualtions?

I've done a price survey on the home and now what I am willing to pay. Is there anything else I should do before hiring an inspector to check out the house? I already have a bank loan lined up.

My credit scores from 3 bureaus average just over 800. I am looking for a house in the Vancouver-WA area. Can anyone advice me on the best source for securing a loan (I plan on putting 20% down; mortgage required ~$250,000) as well as a desired interest rate? Also, is it preferable to wait a few months (i.e. are housing prices likely to drop)? My realter suggest I buy something now since he thinks prices will continue to go up. thanks.
