  • Can the poor donate to the poor?

Every money management show or article I've read has said that you never can make to little to donate to the poor or save up money. This got me wondering about something... Can the poor donate to the poor? I don't mean someone who feels they're poor, like an income of $10,000 to $15,000. I'm talking about people who are actually poor - $9000 or less a year. Can they donate without hurting their own family? What about saving? If you barely make enough to pay off your bills, how would it at all be possible to donate or save?

Sorry if it sounds like a bit of a rant, but it just annoys me how people can write articles and assume if you're making money, you can afford to give it away. So what does everyone think?

  • Me and my fiance need help with our baby on the way?

I'm about 5 months pregnant right now and me and my fiance are trying really hard to find programs that will help us get free or discounted items for our baby since we are in a financial tight spot right now. I don't know the baby's gender yet or condition (going to get a checkup on the 7th) but I would really like to get a lot of things ready for it. We know about WIC, but we were wondering if there were any other programs that help with anything like free food, diapers, clothing, nursery items, or anything else. Everything would be helpful to us right now and I'm greatful to anyone who post up programs that will help us. <3

  • Having some mole problems... Anyone help?

Okay, so I've had this beauty mark on my face since i was little and i've thought nothing of it, i just thought it was cute. Now it's been about 14 years since the beauty mark appeared and it's moved down slightly, popped out more, and changed from brown to grey. I was wondering what could be wrong with it, yes it's a mole, but could it be cancer?? A little help please?

  • I want to try and be more Veggie, help please?

Okay, I don't eat meat or things with meat flavoring or fat in them anymore like ramen seasoning and such. The problem I have now is in the dairy section... I LOVE spray cheese with crackers, which is of course dairy... and I like a few other things that are dairy as well. I was wondering if there were any foods that have meat products in them that I might not know about or foods that have dairy in them. I also would like to know what foods can subsitute the spray cheese and all other dairy products. Thanks! :)

  • Is Ketchup Vegan?

Alright, I'm wondering if Ketchup is Vegan because I've heard tons of people say (mainly youtube & myspace, losers that post blogs there because they have no life) that ketchups 'natural flavoring' is beef, which I don't really believe. Also, I've heard tons of people say it's completely Veggie. So, who is correct??

  • I really want to become a vegetarian... help please?

After getting it through my moms head that I've never liked meat and that I want her to stop fourcing me to eat it I've finally been able to be meat free for 2 weeks now... at least I think. Right now I'm just working on not eating meat (not hard at all, i hate it, taste horrible) and I was wondering... is eating ramen considered eating meat? I mean the little packets of noodles with the flavoring, does that count? I really like ramen, but if it counts under not something a Veggie (vegetarian) would eat then I'd stop eating it. Also, what other things might have meat in it that I don't know about?

  • Overweight or Just Right?

I'm wondering, am I overweight or just the right weight? I've never really figured this out and I would really like to know. Does anyone know where I can find my BMI (Body Mass Index)? I don't mean just my weight, height, gender, and age... I mean I want to find something that tells you your BMI by EVERYTHING. Everyone has a different bone structure, so that needs to be in play a little for BMI, but nothing i've found has that. I found one a long time ago, but I haven't been able to find it since. I need to get a healthier life style at least a little I know, but I need to figure out what I'm even trying to make my goal before I start. Any BMI charts would help me a lot. Thanks! :)
