i have a 2004 jamis komodo fx, it came stock with a manitou axel elite 100mm fork, what is the MAX travel of an after market fork that i could get before really damaging or ruining my bike. i was thinking only 110 or 120. what do you think and why? thanks.

The 7950 has a 256mb mem interface, the 8600 is 128. the 8600 has superior stats almost everywhere else but is approx. $50 more. which should i get?

my friends 100% russian grandmother is always telling us some "interesting" things from the old country. At first she was amazed that i ate cereal with milk and drank orange juice at the same time because she was under the impression that doing so would make someone very sick. But last night, my friend and i got back from the gym and we got two cold bottles of water and she immediately snatched them away from us saying, "when you are hot you shouldn't drink cold liquid or you will catch a cold." - so am i being a complete a$$ by thinking shes weird or is that true?

last summer i lost about 20 pounds of fat but i also lost about 10 pounds of muscle. i still have more fat to lose but i dont want to lose the muscle too. i understand that fat burning is a catabolic/metabolic activity and that means it will break down basically anything. and i also know that weight lifting is a anabolic activity, but what is the best way to combine the two without gaining too much muscle mass but also lose the fat?

i just got an apple ibook g3, 500mhz, 15 gig hd from a friend of mine. when it turns on, the screen is blank except for a folder in the middle that flashed a face and a question mark. also one time it changed to a screen with a circular arrow and a straight arrow. anyone know what i should do to make it boot up? im not too good with macs and its running os9.2 i think.

i have been jogging on and off for about 3 months and just recently i started getting horrible cramps withing the first 5 minutes of my jogs. they feel like i've just done 100 sit ups and i feel the pain all around my abs and it almost feels like it works its way up into my left shoulder. i've made sure that it wasnt because of drinking anything before and i always warm up and stretch first. any ideas?

no2 + ce2 or noxplode?

I've seen a lot of questions on the two of these but i want a good solid response. first of all, im 16 years old, 5'9'' and 180lbs. i have a VERY intense weight lifting routine. how healthy would ce2 be for me, considering it has creatine. also what EXACTLY do each of them do, ie (perpetual pump?) and if you have had any experience with either of them could i hear your opinions, thanks.

on the later models between 2000 and 2003 the lights are pure white. even more so than the sylvania silverstar ultras that i have. they arent HID (xenon) though so i know they are some sort of hyper white halogen i just cant figure out which kind. they are similar to the ones Acuras and lexus' have. what exactly are they?
