My parents don't understand?
I'm a freshman(9th grade)
Bs my dad wants me to be on a sports team which train countless hours during the week
I don't have that time
In taking 2 honors, 1 ap, and I'm one year ahead of everyone in math(algebra 2)
I don't want to play sport but I've been wanting to do rhythmic gymnastics and trapeze and silk class which would be a total of 2 hours a week. I've talked to my mom and emailed her about it but she claims she's too busy
She's not busy she spend half her ******* time in the bathroom.
My dad thinks it's super easy to be on those sport teams when in reality all the sports teams students are taking no honors classes at all
Plus I'm going to be in a human trafficking awareness club and have 200+ community service hours
It's like it means nothing to them and they don't care
I'm so done with them like I honestly would rather live with my aunt than them cuz they don't listen and are too "busy"
3 AnswersFamily6 years agoFlexibility/gymnastics tips (splits,back walkover, Chest rolls)?
I'm gonna start rhythmic gymnastics (I'm 14) I've done artistic in the past but I'm too tall. I used to be able to do back/front walkovers ik working on them
I stretch 4-7 days a week and warmup before (jogging in place jumping jacks) what are some good stretches to get my split??????? And how can I improve my back walkover.
I have also done contemporary dance last year and know some turns and have a very high arch.
Also how can I improve my posture and turns for rhythmic. I'll be starting in 20 days And I'm kinda close to a split.
Also are there any exercises for hand eye coordination I can do????
Thanks!
1 AnswerOther - Sports6 years agois 15 years too old to go into a non competing rhythmic gymnastics level for fun?
I'm too tall for artistic which I've already done. I'm getting better with my flexibility. How much should I practice flexibility a week? Also I don't want to compete is that possible for my age level. I would just be a beginner. And what are some stretches that would really help with back and split flexibility?
Thank you!
2 AnswersOther - Sports6 years agoSo I liked this guy and he asked me out and I said yes but then I realized that I don't like him.?
I realized that I don't like him and I want to let him down gently. But I already said yes to a date. And he's taking about going to his house and watching movies. How do I let him down gently. He's really nice but I genuinely don't like him.
