back in Win XP, whenever I safely remove my device, it will notify me that it is safe to remove my device, then the light blinking in my device will be gone. In win 7 and above, even if the notification that the device can be safely removed, the light is still blinking and even if the blinking stops, the unsafely remove tone still fires up. why?

I tried restarting, updating, still it lights back whenever I press fn+F7. I also tried configuring the power saver but still it doesn't light out.

I accidentally downloaded this set of animes that has a 3gp and mp4 format but the size is just around 60+mb, while when I tried to convert a music video using Any DVD Converter, it reads around 50+mb, so assuming I'm to convert a whole episode of anime, the size would definitely sky rocket, so what software should I used?

i have a tune up utilities, then i optimize all, then my windows 8 animation now is like a normal xp, can u help me restore it? even my ms excel 2013 animation effects are gone. i cant appreciate my laptop's OS if this is the case
