  • I need money now, no income, help!?

I need $600 and have to pay this week. I've never had a credit card, or been in this situation before so I really don't know what to do. I lost my job, but I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get the money to pay it back over the next couple months, I just can't wait until then to pay.

I'm completely lost and any advice would help.

  • Could it have been a coyote?

I was just out on my porch, I heard a noise and there was this animal standing in my driveway looking at me and then it walked off.

I'm just wondering if it had been a coyote, would it be extremely obvious? Or is it possible it was just a dog? Something seemed off about him, making me doubt that it was a dog. And his ears were oddly big and pointed up, and his tail hung down....

I've never actually seen one, so I don't know how to be sure, and I have cats that go outside, so I'm curious

  • People with ADHD - Want to share your experiences?

I've been as positive as I could be without an actual diagnosis that I have ADHD since I was 13 or 14. I'm 20 now and have been dealing with it since then. I've tried everything I could think of - changes in sleeping, eating, activities, schedules, but it's still a big problem. I finally made a doctor's appointment last week and still have a week to wait. I'm definately anxious. I have a huge mix of feelings. I'm excited, nervous and I feel like I could be so close to finally getting the help I need.

Anyway, most resources I find are about symptoms and treatments, but I thought it might help me out to hear real people's stories of what it was like talking to your doctor about it for the first time, particularly people who were diagnosed as adults. What finally made you decide you needed to get help, what was the appointment like, or anything else you experienced

  • What is this cartoon movie?

I have asked a million people and nobody knows what it is, I watched it when I was little in the early 90s...

anyway, what i remember - the movie starts out with all these little animals that live in the bottom of trees, they have little doors in them...and then people come in they are breathing through masks and set down traps, and spray some gas. Then a little girl, skunk or something I think, gets sick and the old wise guy in their village says they have to go get this plant that only grows in one place on the top of some cliff, and they fly in this homemade zephyr thing...

Anyone have any idea what this movie is called? Nobody seems to know what it is

  • What do I do about an AD/HD evaluation?

I am almost positive I have ADD, and have thought so for about 6 years now. I have finally made a doctors appointment for it. However, I was reading on another site that they will most likely have to speak to a parent. It's really stressing me out, because they don't really understand it, or get how much it actually affects me, and think it's just my personality to be random or weird all the time.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do about this? I'm just so worried they will say "oh she's fine this is silly" and I might not be able to get the help I need.
