Who

I haven't seen this movie since then, but I remember the ending. It involves a guy that obtains a gun from a guard, rescues his woman from what look like scientist people. Then they make it surface side from whatever place they were before, and a truck attacks them. If I recall, the truck wasn't manned but computerized, and the guy shoots the truck down with his gun, but it collides with the building his woman was in. She is found safe, has a baby and that's it, what was the name of this movie?? I've checked IMDB and every other sci fi/action listing I could, only to find it wasn't part of a top 20 or whatever listing. I just remember it was futuristic looking at the time and the sequence described for the ending. Any thoughts of answers would be appreciated!
