  • Title in previous owners name?

I bought a dirt bike about a month ago from a good friend. On the title it is signed and dated by the previous owner. So the original owner sold it to my friend, gave him the title, signed and dated (Nothing else written in) and he sold it to me. I am looking to sell the bike. Would I be okay by just selling the bike to the next person and writing their name in the buyers place? Pretty much like my friend and I never existed? Or could that come back to bite me in the ***? I'm just trying to figure out what to do.

The title only has the original owners signature and a date on it

  • Best Graphics Card under $250?

I'm Building a new computer and would like to know what is the best gpu I can get for gaming, streaming videos, video editing, ect for under $250 with rebates. Would it be worth spending the extra money for a $250 card or should I just get a 6870? Games that I will play are Arma 2, Minecraft , maybe MW3 and BF3. I would like to have good fps in all games with ULTRA(maxed) settings and I will have a 1080p Monitor. I might be getting another monitor for a dual monitor setup in the future. I want my computer to be as fast as possible, but I am on a budget..

  • Question about a 6870?

If I get a Radeon HD 6870 will it be able to run games on ULTRA settings with high fps that does not dip below 30 but stays around 50-60 fps? Or should I get a 560 ti or a 6950 for the extra 50-60$? Would it be worth paying the extra money for the better one when I am trying to stay on a budget? What would be the best brand to buy (SAPPHIRE, XFX, ect) Thank you for reading!

    Extra Info:

This system will be mostly used for gaming but I would like a lot of speed for normal use too. (Video Editing, Streaming high quality videos, ect)
